Friday/Saturday

I got up at 7 am on Friday. I spent my day by myself in my room cause there was no activities other then a band that played accordion music. It's not my type of music so I just spent my day in my room. I did go with June to restorative therapy. I rode bike and walked it was a good therapy session. My evening nurse gave me the shingles vaccine. Around 6:30 pm Elsie showed up to visit me in my room and my lights were off so she knocked and asked if I was awake. She came in and we visited about pinochle which I want to learn single handed cause I know how to play double deck. I think she could use a new partner at times cause her pinochle partner is in the hospital. It was around 8 pm my eyes were getting heavy so she went back to her room. I kept dozing off I was starting to feel achy from that shot. Today I woke up at 7:30 am I ate my applesauce, eggs and toast and drank my protein shake. I went back to bed slept till 10:30 am got up for a little bit but was achy and threw up mucus. I went back to bed and slept till 12:30 pm when lunch came all I could eat was watermelon and a few noodles. Again I laid down and dozed on and off. I was feeling better by supper time we had chicken Alfredo but it had peppers in it so I ordered a cheeseburger after getting the meal. I ate the burger and the dessert everything else I didn't eat the lettuce salad, yogurt and cottage cheese. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day I need a shower I didn't take one today since I was aching so bad. I will be Rollin with my oldies tomorrow again cause I will be going to church.
