I woke up a little after 7 am and took a shower and got ready for the day. I tried going to church at 10 am but my tummy was grumbling so I watched it in my room. I laid down and took a nap so by the time the Christmas party started at 1:30 pm I was feeling better. I woke up at 6 am and was lazy kept dozing off waiting for breakfast. I got up and ate then got my bandage changed. After that I kept dozing off till 10:30 am then I was wide awake. I stayed in my room till therapy then I went to therapy and got parked on CD side so we could make avalanche cookies. Wednesday was just a rough day I got up at 5:30 am and couldn't go back to sleep cause of my appointment with my surgeon. My mind can't get off practicing not sure what he is going to say when we got there my mom met us so she could help ask the doctor questions. After about two questions she put her book of questions away. I then asked about a colostomy bag he said I don't need one. I woke up at 7:15 am I was happy my nurse was Paula and my med aid was Kenny. Paula asked if I wanted to shower I said yes but I needed help setting it up cause I am still sore. To my surprise Carol walks in with the stuff to set it up and told me she is my CNA today. They are the dream team to have Paula, Kenny and Carol they take great care of me. I got up at 7 am on Friday. I spent my day by myself in my room cause there was no activities other then a band that played accordion music.
