I woke up at 7:15 am. My nurse Tara asked if I was going to shower I told her I would love to but I still had the aches and couldn't set up my shower like I normally do. Tara sent Melissa the CNA in to set up my shower which I was truly grateful. Melissa also cleaned up my shower mess. I have not done much the last two days I am so achy from the shingles vaccine all I do is sleep. I hope the aches end soon cause this really sucks. At least I could eat today yesterday I couldn't eat. I did go to church where the Horizon Middle school came and played string music for us violin and cello. It was nice and one of the moms went to school with me in Carson so it was nice to see her. I did nap numerous times today and got sick in church and had to be taken back to my room. I watched some football today my team the Chiefs didn't make it to the playoffs. It's okay they had a rough season this year and I didn't think they would make the playoffs. My brother called tonight saying his wife my sister-in-law wants an autograph so she can sell it. Since I was on the news they figured I might be a movie star by now! I think I am ready to lay down I have a doctor appointment tomorrow in the morning then my mom and step-dad will come in the afternoon. They have goody trays for staff and they have stuff I ordered from Walmart.
